 I am sorry to inform everyone that the 2009 ANRET conference in British Columbia, Canada scheduled in June has been cancelled.  The host province BC has tried all avenues to pull off this chore, however, due to the national economic condition we are all facing, was unable.  It is with my deepest sympathy that I have to write that a second location has not and will not be selected.  We will all have to hope and pray that 2010 is fiscally brighter, and allow Arizona to host the conference and also allow members to travel for attendance.  Please accept my apologies for any inconveniences this may have caused with schedules and reservations you may have made.  Rest assured I will see that the association will continue to provide all that it can and stay afloat.  I will get with the other board members to address any issues and fill our by-law obligation to an annual ANRET board meeting.  We will inform you all via the web page of the meeting minutes once it takes place, (which will be by conference call).  Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or comments on any issues, and remember that this association is only as strong as we all make it so please don’t get discouraged, and keep active the best you can with ANRET.
